The dining table seats 8 and sits alongside a wood-burning stove and coffered ceilings, making it a comfortable place to gather any time of year. The living room is bright and well-furnished with plenty of seating.

Outside, the covered pergola patio with string lights and full outdoor furniture set is a standout feature- a proper outdoor living space in a fully fenced backyard. Food delivery and rideshare are both readily available in this neighborhood.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding, a sitting area with two leather wingback chairs, his-and-hers walk-in closets, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and full-size washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, and shared nightstand.
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and private half bathroom.

Starter supplies are provided including K-cups, sugar, creamer, snacks, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee- just request in advance.

Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
